Well you all know I have been searching for a job. I had a offer of one this week that well wouldnt give me a set schedual so i had to turn it down.

But today i got a job doing tel sale for the laguna playhouse. YAY im so excited and I start tomorrow and i have a set schedual.... I just wanted to update u all.

 

Well It has been a bad few days for me. I ran into some very unkind guys that said alot of hurtful things. I would have said something to them if i wasnt by myslef with my son. So I have been in a bit of a funk cause i have been working hard on a dite and i have lost 20lbs but i just feel frustrated. But when i went onto myspace today my friend tonya posted this and it kind of made me happy again. So i wanted to share it with all of you. And you people who understand how i feel i hope this brings a smile to your faces.

ok heres an up date for all you guys and gals out there. tommorow i go in for a meeting with the labor board to hopefully get everything with my work resolved for the best, i ask that everyone please keep us in your prayers that it all goes well and everything gets settled. also my fiance becca had an amazing interview today and goes back for her second interview on friday, so please everyone please keep in your prayers that she gets this job, because it will help us out alot. agin thank you to every one whos out there supporting us ..

Since I personally don't know you both, I personally would like to ask three questions to make my decision on who I should vote for. I already have one couple in mind, but that vote may change. Wow those are some great questions.

1. Well we would love the wedding but if we had a choice i think we would take the money.

1a. we could still have our wedding, and we could put aside money for a condo or something. So we have a place we can call ours and some place for my mom so she dosent have to worry all the time about how she us going to make it from day to day. And she could just recover from her canncer. And we would also take at least 10% of what we get, and give it to a very desrving charity so we can bless others as God has blessed us.

1b. We honestly dont need a big wedding, but we would enjoy it. We just want something with our familes and our close friends. We just want to shout out to the world that God has brought us togther and we love eachother. But a small wedding to us is like 70 people consdering 50 of that would be our family. A big wedding would be for 150 guest and up.

2.Well my father is actually against it. My father is well stuck up and is going through a mid life crsis and well we gave him a realty check when we made him a grandpa. My dad dosent like james because he got me preg out of marriage. and because of that he wont take the time to try to even get to know James. It makes me sad that my dad wont be happy for me and his grandson that we found such an awsome guy to take care os us and love us. But im not going to let my dad or anyone stand in the way of our love. I just pray that God will show him the way and change his heart.

The story of Becca and James. Our story is long and a hard road. Iâ€TMll give you a little back ground on us first.
Iâ€TMll take you back to when I was 13. I became sick with these horrible migraines. They are caused by my optical never. But they were so awful they would last a week at a time without any relief. I was a fun loving active girl, who loved life and wanted to change the world. They changed me to a girl who could barley do anything. I went through pain procedures and surgery to find relief. I was even hospitalized with them at 17. But at 19 they finally found something that worked and I got to be human again. They have never truly gone away so it something I have to live with the rest of my life. But now I need another surgery to replace a battery that gives me some relief. But we cant afford it.

James was 13 when his parents separated. He was a lost kid who fell between the cracks. His father was kicked out for doing drugs and other crap. He suddenly had to become the man of the house. He had his mom, tow older sisters and a baby brother of 3. That now looked to him to protect them. His mom couldnâ€TMt afford a place on her own so they went from one hotel to another. With help from his grandmother. He was a bit of a trouble kid. But he later figured it out and found his way.

We met December of 2004. I was at work and he walked in and fell in love with me at first sight. The moment he saw me he felt God say that is the woman you are going to marry. He stayed around my work all day and kept coming in to buy things just so he could talk to me. He walked me to my car even though I wasnâ€TMt sure at first but I felt safe with him. I gave him my number and he chassed me but gave me space where I needed it. When we met I wasnâ€TMt sure if I believed in love anymore. My father just filed for separation from my mother after 31 years of marriage. And I had 5 months prior broke up with my ex fiancé after he cheated on me.

I was heartbroken from both things. But he was there for me and stood by me and waited for me. I tried so hard to push him away. I went out with other guys to make him move on. But there he was. It was almost pathetic how he stood by me but It was so cute. In the end thatâ€TMs what made me give in and go out with him. That was the best decision I ever maid. We havenâ€TMt been parted since.
But almost right off the bat we got pregnant. It wasnâ€TMt planned. At first we were scared he was 18 and I was 22. We werenâ€TMt sure how we would do it. But God has helped us. My father hates him for this and refuses to get to know him. But on January, 2, 2006 our son was born. He is the apple of our eye and is the greatest joy of our lives. We wouldnâ€TMt change it even if we could.
But while I was in the hospital my father told me to leave James and that he would never amount to anything and could never take care of me and our son.
But I wouldnâ€TMt listen and stuck by his side.

The first year was hard we live with my mother because we cant afford to live on our own. And due to a back injury that happened while I was pregnant its hard for me to find a job. Because I can stand on my feet that much anymore. We have had our ups and downs as all couples do but not once have either one of us wanted to leave. I gave James the chance to leave but he stayed and I am so very grateful. Our son love his daddy and no one can tell him other wise.

Last October he proposed. We went down to Dana point harbor. And with our son in one arm and my ring in the other hand he got down on one knee and asked me to make him the happiest man in the world and become his wife.

Shortly after that in December my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. The same week the divorced was finalized. My heart once again broke. I was terrified at loosing my mother. My grandma, great grandma, and great aunt had all died before I was born from breast cancer. And my grandma was the same age my mom is when she died.

This year has been hard standing by my mom when no one else has been there for her out of her 4 kids. Its not easy hearing your mom cry for your dad because she is alone and scared. I have been her rock and James has been mine. We are both trying to help her the best we can.

This wedding would mean the world to us. Almost like a happy ending to a bad couple years that has made us stronger. We know God has a reason for all we have been through. And we are grateful for the blessings he has given us and the troubles as well. My father refuses to pay for our wedding and we are trying to save what we can but its hard when you have a baby. Because he comes first and we come last. This is the only thing I wish we could have. A dream wedding so we can show to the world how much we love each other and no one can ever separate us.
