So basically when the running back gets the ball, he needs the big huge chubby guys to block for him so he can run up the field..... WELL, if one of those gigantic blocker guys holds the defender on the ground and wont let him up, its called holding. They have to give the defender a slit chance so holding on to a players leg or jersey so they cant tackle the running back is totally illegal.
