I wanna thank you,
For bein there when i was young,
For showin me right from wrong,
For well just being you.


I wanna thank you,
For bringing me up right,
For not letting me fall,
For telling me you loved me even when i was bad.

I wanna thank you,
Because you meant the world to me,
Because i loved you no matter what,
Because you were my father.

I just wanna say thanks,
For everything you did for us,
Even when times were hard,
So thank you daddy.




(this is a poem for my father cause without him i dunno where i would have ended up in life.He helped raise me right and im thankfull to him for that.He taught me to care bout people even if i never meet them or know them.He taught me right from wrong.He taught me everything i know bout how to treat people.I admit i dont always do what i should and i wanna say sorry to everyone for that.I love my father for all he did for me and my mom and brothers.He will forever be with me.I LOVE YOU Daddy!!!!!!!!!This is for you dad i wish you could read it.Just know how thankfull i am to you for everything.)

Family

Families are tough,

Families are strong,

Families stick together,

All the year long.

Families may fight,

They may never agree,

But no matter what,

Families love thee.

Families may struggle,

Families may fuss,

No family's perfect,

Especially not us.

Family means one,

The ones we hold dear,

The ones that protect us,

From all of our fear.

Each family is different,

No family's the same,

We all have our issues,

Sometimes they are lame.

All families mean something,

To someone somewhere,

Each family is special,

To someone out there.

Our maker has made us,

He's chosen our fate,

He's chosen our family,

Gee arent they great.

Each family makes choices,

To love or to hate,

Each family decides,

To stay strong or break.

So in the end,

We are who we are,

Our families are chosen,

And love us by far.

(this poem is for all families out there, be greatful for the ones u have around u cause in an instant they may be taken away by our lord.cherish the moments u share together and tell them u love them even when u dont get along.i know i love my family no matter how bad it may get they r always with me till the end.u may not always like ur family but always love them cause they will always love you no matter what.i thank the lord for my family and would be lost without them.)

From The Outside

From the outside they look so happy,

They seem so in love,

The look in their eyes,

Is one from above.

From the outside looking in,

They seem so perfect,

So into it all,

They seem so glad that nothing will fall.

The happiness is still there,

And so is all the love,

After years of searching,

They r back in eachothers arms.

The family seems so perfect,

I can see in thier eyes,

They wish it were the way it once was,

Things will never be normal again.

The feelings from the outside r hard,

To hold in they hurt so much,

I scream but no one listens,

I scream so loud.

From the outside i feel as if,

This were meant to be,

The love we have,

Has grown more strong.

Our happiness is the same,

Our love has changed,

It has gotten more powerful,

Nothing will ever be the same again.

From the outside looking in,

I feel as if they both want this,

For the sake of the children,

But what bout everyone else??

What bout other family members,

Where do they stand in this,

Where do they fit in,

Or do they even matter??

From the outside there,

Are so many questions,

That no one can answer,

So for now this is the new life for many.

From the outside it seems,

Hard to cope,

When its not,

Its gonna take time though to be back to normal.

I can see it in ur eyes,

You cant lie to me,

I know this is what u wish,

U still had.

We can pull through this,

Make it strong,

Im here to help u,

When days get to long.

I feel as if u dont care who gets hurt,

But i know u do,

I love you forever,
