We got so many calls from listeners a little frustrated with the gyms this time of year. As many of you know, this time of year is the busiest time for gyms. And because everyone is trying to use the cardio machine, there is a 30 minute minimum on that machine! Some people think that this is not enough, but this morning we had Otis from LA Fitness in Buena Park and he explained to us that a 30 minute cardio is MORE than enough! He basically said that if you do cardio for more than 45 minutes, you are pretty much just wasting time!
