Tristan told me he wanted to show me something in our room. when i walked in he closed the door, got down on one knee and said "I have spent my life looking for the perfect girl for me, now that I have found you , will you marry me?" I of course said yes and it ended with lots of kissing!

I am Julie. i am 26. currently I am a stay at home mother. i spend my days helping my son to become the best man that he can be. as well as the smartest. I love to read, to myself and Dominic. He is a 20 mo old handful but I enjoy every minute we are together.I grew up in Michigan just outside Detroit. Moved to Cali when i was 21 to start a new life. The moment i met Tristan I knew that this was it. the reason for everything.
Tristan is 24. he grew up in Missourri. graduated in the top 5 of his class. though he was smart enough for scolarships to a school of his choice. he knew early on that he wanted to be a marine. not just any marine but infantry. He served in Iraq 3 times. right before the third deployment I told him we were to have a child.he has since come home safe and finished his time in the service. currently he is working at a honda dealership.he works hard and sacrifices daily for his family. i always considered him my personal hard core marine until the day I seen him hold our son. so gentle and loving. Tristan lights up my life and shows me the love that I deserve.
Our son was born a year after we started dating. we didnt have a lot of that quality time that most relationships have to help grow and mature. But we knew this was it from day one and our son just added to the excitment of our love.we have our share of disagreements but we have always been able to find common ground and work from there. Love takes commitment and flexibility. we work on our relationship daily. never let it become outdated.
i hope that everyone can feel our love. but also I truely hope that everyone finds thier true love and can experience what we do everyday!
