Nicole Richie has finally popped. She had a baby girl today at Cedars in Los Angeles. They have named her Harlow Winter Kate Madden and she weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz. LIES! Drop the pounds part and then we're talking. 7 oz. is more like it.

WHOLE STORY

BRITNEY SPEARS has lost visitation rights.

In a written ruling following an emergency hearing on Friday, a judge awarded her ex-husband Kevin Federline "awarded sole legal custody and sole physical custody of the minor children." The singer's "visitation with the minor children is suspended pending further order of the court."

The order is in effect until Jan. 14.

However, police will not be charging Spears over the incident, which they are treating as a domestic dispute.

A police spokesperson says, "We do not have plans to charge her.

"There was nothing criminal here and as far as the LAPD is concerned the case was closed last night as soon as the children were handed over to their father."

The troubled singer was admitted to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after the incident, which occurred when she refused to hand over her two boys to ex-husband Kevin Federline after a scheduled visit.

Spears is now under close observation at the hospital, where she is being held under Section 5150, meaning medics have reason to believe she is a danger to herself or others. She is currently under a 72-hour lockdown for mental evaluation
