well I know I have no videos to post up here and I wish I did. I'm just hoping for that last chance. I didn't have anyway to make video clips but I know I work hard on my page. I know it wasn't the best page but it all came from the heart. My fingers are crossed!!!! My stomach is in knots.... I'm hoping we get a chance.
It's almost time...
Well it's the day before the entry deadline. I'm sure everyone is nervous. I'm excited though. I am wishing on the star hoping we'll get picked to be a finalist. It's one of those once in a lifetime chances. Abraham and I are planning on getting married next November. We won't have the money for a wedding we will just go out to dinner with a couple of our family members and our children. All of our money will be going into the house we are buying. When we got engaged last October we made the decision to use the money to buy a house instead of having a wedding. We are very excited about the house. It will be our home. A home our children can call their own. A backyard for them to play in. It will be a dream come true for us. It's been a long road getting here. Saving the money and making sacrifices. At the end of the night when we are finally in our home, knowing we are sleeping happily in a home that we worked so hard for, it's worth it.
Having a wedding if we win this would be a sweet surprise. Being able to celebrate our love and family is a memory that will be treasured for a lifetime. To see my children all dressed up with smiles on their faces. To wear that one dress that seems to be made just for me. Walking down the aisle on step closer to my future husband. My heart is filled with love and joy. Joining hands, looking into each other's eyes. This is truly a love that will last for eternity. To work hard, give with your heart and love with your soul. Making sacrifice after sacrifice and have that one day where all your dreams are a reality. It's more then words can describe. We hope to be chosen. I would love to have my children hold that special day in their hearts. To finally be Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Cruz will be amazing. We hope our wish is realized this November!
Our best wishes go out to all the couples.
Update
So today we made an offer on a house! It's such a nice house I am keeping everything crossed hoping that we get this one. Everyone seems to be beating us to the punch on the houses we like. Hopefully this is it!
Well this weekend was Serena's birthday party and it turned out so wonderful. We had a waterslide Jumpy for the kids and a little kiddie pool for the little ones. It was ofcourse a Hannah Montana party and Serena loved it every bit of it. We were surprised that all but two families couldn't make it to the party. So we had almost 70 people come and celebrate with us. It was hot so the snow cone machine we rented was worth it. I think that was pretty much all the kids were eating. Abraham made balloon animals for all the kids. His pump broke half way through and he was such a great guy he kept making the ballon animals blowing them up himself. His poor cheeks were hurting by the end of the night. It was all worth it!
