We were supposed to get married on July 4th of this year, but due to financial issues, we had to postpone the wedding. The funny thing about our most perfect date was that is was so less than perfect. It was our first date, 3 days before Christmas and I was just getting over pneumonia and hadn't gotten all of my Christmas shopping done. I still needed one boy Cabbage Patch kid for my daughter. We went to Chili's that night and I didn't want our date to end, but really had to get to Target. When I told Greg the situation, he said that he had to pick up a few things too and that he would love to go with me. So we ended up at Target at 11:00 at night and that was the night I knew I wanted to marry him because when I looked across the crowded isle, I saw him fighting the crowds trying to find my little girl the doll she wanted from Santa. We have spent almost everyday together since that day.

When Greg asked me to marry him he told me that he knew I was the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with and he would wait as long as it took for me to see it too, but I already knew he was the one for me since that night at Target=)
