Justin Timberlake will serve as executive producer for the new MTV reality show "The Phone" which is being billed as a "real life Bourne Identity." According to MTV, "Each episode beings with two hidden cell phones ringing on opposite ends of a major city. Once picked up, a "mysterious guide gives contestants five seconds to concede whether or not they wish to play the game for a chance of winning a huge cash prize." Afterwards, the players work against each other on various missions while keeping in touch with the guide via cell phone, and being followed by a helicopter hovering above. The show is slated to premiere this fall.
Lindsay Lohan's movie career seems to have taken a turn for the worse. After recently promoting that she would star in 2 upcoming projects - "Ye Olde Times" with Jack Black, and an upcoming Manson Family drama "Manson Girls" - word now is she has been replaced in both. According to her publicist, scheduling conflicts affected her ability to participate in both movies while the producer of "Ye Olde Times" would only say they have "decided to go our separate ways."
Mary J. Blige and Steve Stoute, who founded a youth-oriented brand consulting firm, are establishing the Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now which will fund scholarships, grants and programs that help women gain confidence and skills to succeed in their careers. The foundation will concentrate first on the Yonkers, New York, area where Blige grew up, with plans to expand to the New York metropolitan area and then the nation.
Coldplay will kick off their "Viva La Vida" tour June 29th in Philadelphia, wrapping November 22nd in Salt Lake City, UT (Only CA dates showing are July 21st in Sacramento and July 24th in San Jose) More shows are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
A judge in Florida sentenced Nick Bollea, son of wrestler Hulk Hogan, to 8 months in jail for reckless driving. He was led off to begin his sentence immediately after Friday's ruling. He will be on five years' probation and lose his driving privileges for three years.

hi jojo! I was wondering if your giving out Jonas Brothers tickets for the July 12,2008 burning up tour, because I really want to go, I haven't been to one concert and all my friends go and I try to go but I just don't have the money because I spend it on Jonas brothers merchandise. I can afford the merchandise, it's just I can't afford tickets to a concert. I'll tell you why I am a BIG FAN of the Jonas Brothers. Well first of all I love all their songs and I own most of their albums, I have posters of them in my room because I am simply obsessed with them.. I also ALWAYS listen to KIISFM 102.7 because it's the best radio station and I always listen to it when I'm at home and whenever theres a give away, I call but then I don't win, I use every phone I have in my house, and the time when I heard they are going on tour, I tell myself I wish I could go,but I can't, so I would have hope on the radio since the radio is what I love, especially everyone on KIISFM102.7, and today is WANGO TANGO, i tried to win these also but I was caller 101, which made me cry because I was soo close to becoming caller 102, I'm also a member on their website jonasbrothers.com and at school everyone knows me as the miley cyrus/ jonas brothers guy since I always talk about them. so please JoJo fullfill my dream of going to a concert and make me experience something I've always wanted forever. well, I hope you read this and understand.
