Federal prosecutors have decided not to pursue a possible criminal case into how Heath Ledger obtained the powerful painkillers that contributed to his overdose earlier this year.

Carrie Underwood, Sara Evans, LeAnn Rimes, Gretchen Wilson, Wynonna Judd, Martina McBride, Amy Grant and Anne Murray are teaming up with the king of rock 'n' roll-or his voice, anyway-for Elvis Presley Christmas Duets, due out Oct. 14.
