Been a busy past few days! 

First off - that Shwayze show I checked on Tuesday night was DOPE.  He and Cisco are a pretty hot combo.  Even funnier - post dinner & show apparently (Thanks to TMZ) he went on to make out with Paris at Guys!

Unfortunately their set time got pushed back & I couldn't get to KIIS in time to see Will I Am on JoJo's show - but I heard it!!! HOW dope was that?!?!  Him dropping freestyle after freestyle.  If you have not heard it - LISTEN HERE!

Yesterday morning I had jury duty.  It went well - out by noon.  Thank God unlike the rest of Hollywood that's the closest I've ever come to being in court!!!  Late afternoon went over to Chalice recording studios with JR Rotem, Paula Deanda, and Baby Bash.

It was cool because while we were hanging out, listening to music, Chris Brown came through! 

After that - shout to all the homies at A Place Called Home.   Went to dinner at a REALLY good sushi restaurant on Melrose called Azibe.  Low key, strip mall sushi, super yummy.

I'm going to go check this new artist out called Shwayze.  He is from L.A.  He also has some songs w/Mischa Barton's ex Sisco Adler!  He's opening for Nikka Costa at HOB.  Have you heard him?  If so... comment me and let me know what you think!

Then after that... I'm going to BUST back to KIIS for JoJo's show.  Because... I THINK we have a special guest rolling through live who is REALLY excited that we're playing his new song every hour, on the hour, today.  Wink wink ;)

Back from vacation!!  Fully rested & excited to be back at work today.  Over my vacation I went to Seattle (home!), San Francisco, and NYC.  I did lots of cool music thangs (of course) and saw some of my best friends.  I'll post up the latest music dirt on the Music Group Blog.

For my homies who wondered what I was up to... FIRST I went to Seattle for my best friend, that I grew up with, Kristen's wedding.  It was gorgeous, on the water, at The Kiana Lodge Bainbridge Island.  I love Kristen.  Bainbridge Island is by Bremerton (home of MxPx.)  The whole trip "Move to Bremerton" by MxPx was stuck in my head.  It was gorgeous.  I was with my family.  It was good to be home!

NEXT stop San Francisco.  Drove up to do some serious music thangs with my friend Prophet.  We saw Smashing Pumpkins at The Fillmore and went to E-40's house to hear his new album!!!  More details on the KIIS New Music Network Page

Got back.. caught up, did some yoga, and then took the Red Eye to New York!  My other best friend, Trina, lives out there.

 Spent the day Friday walking all over that crazy city & visiting friends.  Saturday did lots of girly stuff with Trina like got our nails done, shopped, got coffee about 4 times, etc.  LOOK - I bought this fun ring in NYC! 

I love it because it is kinda ridiculious and I didnt' need it... but I decided to live in the now, get it, and have some fun.  As I wear it I'll do my best to remember to keep life in balance.  As much fun as it is to work it's good to rest, see your peeps, and take a breath.  At the same time - its good to be back!  Don't forget to check the New Music Group page for music updates!!
