This weekend was the kick off weekend and I got a chance to surprise some KIIS listeners with tickets to see Natasha Bedingfield whose performing at the house of blues sunset, and tickets to check out the Battleground Earth benefit concert featuring Ludracris! This is what happens when you run into JoJo at work...

The other day I had the opportunity to visit a local Elementary school and participate in their career day festivities! It was such a blast! I went around to a few classrooms and got a chance to answer a ton of questions ranging from "whats the hardest part of my day" to "have you ever met Daddy Yankee???" lol All the questions were great and students were so well behaved! After I was done going around to the classrooms I put on some music and hosted a few dance contests during recess. Some of the teachers assistants and myself really tried to get the principal to dance BUT we were only able to get a few two steps out of him...;) In all the day was awesome and I really really really hope to see those kids again. Goooo Career day! :D

If it wasnt cool enough that this guy won a grammy, its even cooler that him and his people are sooooo awesome! Lupe Fiasco did an in-studio tonight for the JOJO on the radio show and I have to say everyone was crazy cool and way way way down to earth! They were appreciatative and super duper humble! Love them! Enjoy this video... its one of my favorites! :D

I'm a huge fan of Pitbull, so when my friend told me he was going to be opening for him, I packed my bags and headed up to Las Vegas! What's up guys, it's Kalyna, and I must say that this past weekend was one the best weekends ever! I haven't been to Vegas since I was 15 so I was excited to head out in general, but I was more excited to go to the  show! It took place at Poetry Nightclub inside Caesars Palace and was put on by 4onesyndicate.... Performances were made by Colby Odanis, Roscoe Umali, Federation, I-15 and of course my favorite Pitbull! J Snopp was also in the building showing his support for the artists and of course enjoying his stay in Las Vegas... All the artists did really well and the crowd was sooooo hype! The whole night was like a huge party! It was a bit smaller since it took place in a nightclub, but I really liked it because it made it more relaxed..... Kudos to all the performers, you guys were great! And make sure you check out all the pictures from the night because we took a ton!
