So I just got back from visiting my parents and family in Texas and I must say it was one of the BEST trips ever.... My uncle came down and My sister was able to take leave from the military (Germany) to visit too which was really nice considering I hadnt seen her for almost 2 years. I got to know her husband a little better and am so happy for them cause they really are in love! The whole week I was there the family did ALOT of catching up... Both my brothers are doing the college thing which is great, and Im a VERY happy sister since they arent dating any girls I wouldnt approve of :)  You know, I have to keep the older sister attidude :) lol... My parents are getting older which made me a little sad that I dont live closer to them, but they are 100 percent supportive of what Im doing which gives me the strength to pursue my dreams. They are by far the best and most wonderful parents I could ever ask for and I love and miss them dearly.... But I promised them I would visit more often, hopefully more so during the winter time since Texas summers are a little unbearable! It was 100 degrees during the day and like 90 at night! Crazy! Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and hope everyone had a wonderful week... Be thankful for what you have and for those around you, happiness and good fortune come to those who live for others and truely feel for everything around them... :)
