    I work for a large medical laboratory specializing in esoteric testing. We are one of the few in the country. Our lab tests blood for patients. SO a good likelihood that when you get your blood drawn at the doctors office, we are the ones that run the tests for you. I work in QA - a lot of detail work just like my baking and dancing.

    Thanks for the support! The contest just ended and the verdict is not out yet!!!
    And thanks for letting me know you are a chef. I had no time to take the whole culinary course so I am just a pastry chef. But my forte is really in pastry anyway. I have been baking since I was 7. I do wedding cakes (for about 20 years now) and all kinds of pastries so if you need any help, be sure to hit me up too.
