We've had so many little moments when we've gone out so it's hard to pick just one day that means the most. My favorite was when we went to play pool with some friends and we were driving home...at this time we were still stuck in the “friend zone”. Aldo reached over in the car and grabbed my hand for the first time. My heart stopped and I felt like I was holding my breath. I know it sounds painful (haha), but it was such a good feeling, it felt so right. It was like our hands were made to fit the others perfectly. It was this feeling of safety and excitement and nausea all in one. It's just hard to put into words. Other than that, to sum up a perfect date I'd say anything with just us two. If it's making sure that we set aside time to snuggle up on the couch at home and watch Prison Break or wrestling together, sitting on the rocker bench and watering the yard together, walking to the corner store together or just laying in bed playing with our cat Elvis...those are our favorite times. Its just the little moments that only the two of us share that mean the most.

We have a routine usually on 4th of july. We do a little fishing, hang out at the beach and play in the water, then grab our blankets and snuggle up on the hills at Pepperdine University to watch the fireworks over the ocean being shot off the boats.
Your PERFECT Engagement
I planned to propose to mollee when we were in Alabama visiting her family for 4th of july. We don't have much money so I was waiting to use my stimulus check for a down payment for a ring. Our landlords asked us to leave and we only had 2 weeks to find a place to live. All the money we had saved had to goto a deposit, first months rent and moving costs. It would have been exactly how she would have wanted it, we love 4th of July and it would mean the world to her that her family would have been there. She does have a promise ring that I gave her. I've asked her to marry me so many times, but I can't afford a ring right now. We've lived together for 3 years now and think of our selves as being engaged. We just hope someone reading this feels how sincere we are and how real our love is. We hope they have faith in us and still want to give us a chance. We hope that not being able to afford a ring doesn't stand in the way of being considered for this wedding.
He loves me for me...messy bed head, mocos and all. He goes out of his way to tell me everyday how beautiful I am. Even though he does all that, there's hardly ever a serious moment between us. We're always cracking jokes and goofing around. There's no better sound in the world than his laugh when I tickle him. Tooooo funny!

I know he worries about not being able to buy me a ring. A ring wouldn't make me love you or want to marry you any more than I already do.
Your dream for the PERFECT life together
Our families becoming one big family. Nothing fancy, just a simple life that we can share together and be able to encourage eachother to be the best we can everyday. A life where we aren't living paycheck to paycheck and a life where we have time to sit back and appreciate all the itty bitty things in life that so many people take for granted.

Our perfect wedding colors will be
white and maybe a shade of dark red or just white alone. I love bright colors so knowing me I'll change my mind another 5 times before we start planning our wedding.
The perfect wedding flowers will be
Rich long stem roses of different shades. Lots of color.
The perfect wedding music will be
Up-beat, after all it's a huge celebration and time to dance dance dance! We love all kinds of music... country, hip hop, oldies, love songs, pop.A lot of my family is from the south so we would have some country and his family is Cuban and Puerto Rican so we'd have some of that too. No matter what we play, it will definitely be a good time! Oh yeah and we HAVE to play some WHAM! (come on people, don't act too cool for wham, you know you've danced or sang along at some point!)
Our first dance will be to
wow that's a tough one! It would probably be a Michael Bubla song or Frank Sinatra. We'll probably pick one of the songs that means something special to us that no one would understand. Baby got back, jk. We always joke that we're gonna plan a routine and surprise everyone w/ "Planet Rock". If you haven't heard it, it's on our playlist we posted in one of our blogs.

Well we're defanitely not perfect, which is exactly why you should pick us! The perfect couple never disagrees, looks like Ken & Barbie, never has to want anything, and eats dinner at lavish restaurants that require 4 month reservations.
And then there's us....
Yes, we do disagree on some things. I was kinda worried about writing that after seeing all these pages about people that swear they're perfect and never ever ever disagree. We both have our own ways of seeing things and our own opinions. We may bump heads on occassion but in the long run, we can both accept the others point of view. Disagreement is normal. I think it kind of gives you another way of seeing stuff.
NO (incase you haven't checked out some of our pics) we don't look like Ken & Barbie. We're goofy. We'd rather spend time having fun camping and stuff than worrying about staying pretty and put together.
Yes we do WANT stuff. If we got everything we ever wanted, we probably wouldn't appreciate all the little stuff. We both have dreams and probably want things that are waaaaay out of reach... and that's ok. Wanting stuff gives you motivation.
No, we don't eat at fancy schmancy restaurants. There's a little restaurant we found by our new house and they have the best french fries. During our move we had to take our stuff to a laundry mat before our washer was hooked up. Aldo took me to have pupusas (I think that's how you spell it) for the first time. I would way rather spend a friday night at the laundry mat and eating dinner out of some hole in the wall place with him, than at a restaurant where I'm not sure which fork to use and how to pronounce the stuff on the menu.
