Hi everyone,

Bill Germanakos the biggest losser from last year's show came to my work and graced us with his presence.  He shared his experience with the show and how Jillian Michaels kicked his ass.  His story was so inspiring that he made us laugh and cry at the same time. 

So I am reved up to start my diet and workout for the summer!!!  Wanna join me!!!

 

What an awesome time we had in the Philippines.  Weather was fantastic to go to the beach and hang out with my family and friends.  First time in the Boracay Islands and island hopped on a rented pump boat while we were there on Valentine week.  Had a massage by the beach everyday for $8 an hour.  Can't beat that price!  It was so relaxing. 

On the way back to LA, we spent 2 days in Hongkong. Took a short tour of the city and starved all 2 days because most of their food had flavor enhancers (MSG). I am super allergic to that stuff.  There were 7-11 stores on every block and so I lived on Tuna sandwiches, MacDonalds and KFC meals for the most part.  HAHA!  There were some Indian restaurants that did not have MSG in their food so that saved me a bit.

What about the Biggest Loser Finale last night!  Bill who won last night, works in the same company as I do although he is in the East Coast.  Our company sent out an email yesterday to be sure to cheer him on!  Bill won the grand prize of $250,000 while his twin won $100,000. I love the biggest loser show.  That show gives me the drive to workout hard when I'm at the gym and be mindful of what I eat to keep healthy!  There are no short cuts to keeping in shape and feeling healthy.  Like they say...No Pain, No Gain!!!      Congratulations Bill!
