About Me... Let..s see...what can I tell you about myself? For most of you that know me, you know that I hate talking about myself. I think that people who talk about themselves too much are arrogant and self-centered. By just looking at me, you can tell a lot about me. Right off the bat you..ll notice that I..m a bit of a tomboy. Now I don..t think of myself as a tomboy I..m just a girl who doesn..t need a man to do everything for her. I know a thing or two about sports and I know how to use most tools. And you can bet that whatever I don..t know how to do, I will learn somehow. I think of myself as girlie but on rare occasions. In fact, I hate the color pink! Ewww! To me, it..s the most nauseating color that ever existed. When I do dress up, you better believe I look damn good LOL j/k...that would make me conceited and it..s something I..m not. People think I am though because I..m not the type to go up to complete strangers and start a conversation. It..s just not me. So you can say that I..m a little shy. I blame it all on the way I was brought up but that..s a story for a different day. And besides, I don..t think you have that kind of time. I am a true hopeless romantic. A friend once told me that I am in love with love and everything about it (and that it made him sick to his stomach) LOL I guess it..s part of my sensitive side. And yes I have one of those too. I think I have a good heart and sometimes it screws me over but that..s life right? You live and you learn. I..m a kid at heart too. I..m the cool one in the family. I..m the one who all the kids turn to for fun. I like to take them to new places and have them experience new things. Things that they might not get a chance to experience with their boring old-fashioned parents. As people get older, they forget what it was like being young and in love. I have a sarcastic sense of humor which some people mistake as me being a cold person. It just takes time to catch on to it. Many people have compared my sense of humor to that of a famous cartoon character...Daria. I have no problem with that LOL There..s so much more to me though. Is that possible you might ask? Well yes it is! I am a proud mommy. I have a beautiful daughter named Kaitlin who is seven years old. She is really, really smart, funny and very witty. People say she..s a smaller version of me. I haven't figured out if that's a good thing or not. She's in the third grade. I'm more excited about that than she is. She is my pride and joy. I am madly in love with Ruben. He is my boyfriend, my best friend, my lover, my partner in crime, my strength, my everything. I love him with everything I am and feel truly blessed to have him in my life. With Ruben and Kaitlin by my side, my life is complete! Maybe in a couple of years, we can expand our family and I'm looking forward to very moment of it. I like to try things at least once. Well that..s all I think about. Not bad for someone who hates talking about herself huh?
