Category: Alternative LifestyleHi everyone! We are so excited that we were chosen to be finalists for the Perfect Wedding! We never imagined that out of over a thousand well deserving couples that WE would be so lucky to be where we are! It is truly an honor to be one of the Final 20 Couples and to have been selected by KIIS FM for this amazing opportunity! We are not going to say that we deserve this wedding more than the other couples because we all deserve it, we all have our own unique relationships, and we can only be ourselves and hope that our story will win you over. We hope that you enjoy our page, pictures, and videos. We are very happy and have so much love for each other. And we are so excited about our future…our wedding, having more beautiful children, experiencing the joy that those children will bring to this world, and just growing old together. In the 8 and a half years we’ve been together we’ve literally matured together. Meeting at age 21 and now both about to turn 30, we have come a long way and it’s been the best adventure! There’s a lot to do in 8 years you know! We’ve experienced fun times…Vegas trips (Mitchell is from Vegas), a few Mexico trips, the most amazing vacation in Costa Rica after Mitchell finished his study abroad program in 2002, practical jokes (that will continue FOREVER!), holidays with family, surprise birthday parties, and our daughter (always a fun time!). And we’ve also experienced some sad times…a life changing chiropractic visit that left Sara’s mom with a spinal cord injury (she had to learn how to walk again and even write again…and still faces many struggles to this day) and Mitchell’s father passing away just last week. Life isn’t always perfect but we are there for each other no matter what it throws at us. We can’t wait to be married and celebrate the love we have for each other with all our family and friends!

One cloudless August 23rd (my birthday) Mitchell blindfolded me and took me on a romantic picnic in a park in Huntington Beach, CA. The entire day was like out of a movie, the weather was perfect, park wasn't crowded, he brought music and roses, and it felt like we were in our own world to just talk and laugh.

He found out I was planning a surprise birthday party for him, but instead of telling me he knew he decided to act like he had no idea and turn the party around and "get" me! So all our friends and family are gathered at the house waiting for Mitchell to come home and as we walk inside instead of hearing "SURPRISE!" they yell "CONGRATULATIONS!" and he drops to his knee and asks me to marry him in front of everyone we love! It was so perfect and I was so surprised!
She's PERFECT because
She's with me! And that is all that matters. She is my lover, my friend, my biggest fan (only fan), my everything and most important of all the most wonderful mother to my little precious-gift from god-angel-daughter.
He's PERFECT because
He does whatever he can to keep me happy! He's the best father to our 3 year old daughter and that has made me fall even more in love with him!

We'd love to own our own house! We'd love to be financially comfortable, but as long as we have each other and can pay the bills we are happy!
Our perfect wedding colors will be
dark plum and tangerine! I want the colors to be beautiful and bright so that I can have many varieties of flowers!

NOT ROSES! Lots of beautiful daisies, lillies, tulips, and anything else that goes well with those 3!

fun music to dance to! I want EVERYONE to dance and have a great time! And Mitchell and I love music, so it will be important that we play some good stuff!
