Thursday, November 29, 2007, 07:26 AM PST [Athlete of the Week]

This athlete of the Week is dedicated to the one and only JoJo Wright!!! Now at first I thought I would pick Tony Romo because he is a HUGE Dallas Fan bbbbuuuttt they are playing the Packers tonight, so i said OOHHH HECK NO!!!! I'm picking a Packer!!!
He's cute, strong, his birthday is a day before mine and he's from my my favorite place to stop while driving to Vegas!!! NICK BARNETT!!!!!

So hopefully Green Bay can pull out a Win and come out on Top! Brett will throw cannons and Nick will kick some butt!!! Defense wins the game right?!

New Athlete of the Week....this was a hard one!

Wednesday, November 7, 2007, 09:02 AM PST [Athlete of the Week]

As we all know I always have a weird reason for picking the athlete I'd like to feature and this by far is going to be the weirdest reason! We all know that I'm a true Dodger fan and I've been waiting since I was about 7 years old (thats the age I started to understand baseball) for the Dodgers to win a World Series, and every post season I always say "Wait till next year!" So now that the Dodgers have a new Manager (Joe Torre) from the Yankees everyone may think we have a better chance at winning. Now let's not get carried away just because you have a good manager doesnt mean you will automatically win! You also need good players...now word on the street is A-Rod wants to follow Joe...Now I very much dislike the Yankees...dont ask me why I just do ok! But I wouldnt mind having another great player on our team...so with that  the athlete of the week is Alex Rodriguez...(even if he is a yankee...for now)

In 2007, Rodriguez became the first player in major league history to have at least 35 home runs, 100 runs, and 100 RBI in 10 consecutive seasons, surpassing Jimmie Foxx (9 consecutive seasons).
You never know what will happen next year or what players we will get or give up, but lets just hope for a good team to take us all the way...I just hope that team includes my favorite players!!! lol
    Till Next Time

    Athlete of the Week

Monday, October 22, 2007, 08:45 AM PST [Athlete of the Week]

Alright so I had some trouble posting my athlete of the week lately so hopefully this works...I choose Payton Manning number 18, quarterback from the Colts. I chose him because well he is an amazing quarter back but he's also pretty funny. Not many athletes can pull off the funny acting bits...and you can't miss him in almost every commercial from phones to mastercards....Make sure to also check him out when he hosted SNL one of the funniest bits I have seen in a long time!

Now since I had trouble posting the A.O.T.W I'm picking two athletes this week...the next is Reggie Bush number 25 from the New Orleans Saints. He use to play for USC with Matt Leinart and won the Heisman Trophy in 2005. Now since I'm picking both of these guys how awesome is it that they were in a commercial together...(ok ok maybe that was more than luck) Check it out...

    Till Next Week
