So Britney was involved in a minor "hit and run" situation back in September when she backed into another vehicle. She was then busted for driving with a suspended license. TMZ has confirmed that as of 9:45pm tonight, she finally turned herself in. She didn't go to jail or anything but was in and out of there in 45min. This was a misdemeanor and if convicted she could face up to 6 months in jail. Well at least the gal did the right thing and turned her chonie less butt in!!
