Saturday night was pretty awesome at Club DV8. The weather was really mild so peeps came in their best attire!! This week we had more ladies than fellas which is not unusual. Lots of bdays were celebrated and we even had a few military cats from Camp Pendleton (San Diego) show up.

Sunday my roomate and I went to the movies. We saw Ben Stiller's new movie "The Heartbreak Kid". It was actually a pretty funny movie. Carlos Mencia had a role in the movie which I thought was pretty cool. A word to the fellas, if you think your bout' ready for marriage, go and see this one before you get yourself involved with anyone serious.

My weekend was filled with with Comedy!! Saturday night was another wild party at the famous Club DV8 inside Level 3 in Hollywood. We gave away a grip of Knott's Scary Farm tickets for this Thursday night (where I'll be broadcasting by the way from 10pm - 1am!!).

 Sunday night I took my Mother and roomate out for some fun and laughter to the Ontario Improv. My boy Gabriel Iglesias aka Mr Fluffy invited us out for the night. As usual the comedian along with this cast through down the best performance. Gabriel went a little extra long than usual. Let's just say it was like this...One tequila Two tequila Three tequila Four!!! The more he drank, the longer he told jokes. People defintely got their monies worth. My mother had the best time and that's what I was aiming for.

Saturday night was my return to Club DV8 (pics will be up soon) after 3 weeks of missing in action. The weather was pretty crappy all weekend long but we still had good times. Mr Capone E stopped by to promote his new album "Dedicated To The Oldies Part 2" which hits stores TOMORROW!! "Summer Anthem" was his first release with the follow up "Mr Clean". The crowd embraced him with cheers as he came on stage with his entourage. The night ended up at Bob's Big Boys (for some grubbing).

Sunday I went to a BBQ/Club in Alhambra in the afternoon but ended up staying til the late night. Pitbull showed up and that was awesome to see him mingle and be a normal person with the rest of the club goers. The DJ played every one of his tracks and the dance floor was packed non stop. We then headed over to a friends birthday party which was at another club in Hollywood (Club Opera). After a long day I needed a Monster drink so that kicked in my energy once again for more dancing..haha. After the long night I ended up at Bossanova Grill off of Sunset in Hollywood for more late night grubbing. You'd think I'd gain a grip of weight eating so late, but I actually lost a pound. Crazy right??

So this weekend I was in Vegas for the Consolidated Media Poker Tournament in Las Vegas, Neveda. The tournament took place at the beautiful Monte Carlo Resort and Casino. It was a benefit for a charity of my choice (C.H.O.C.). I was up against 6 other jocks from our sister stations here at Clear Channel. Well let's just say that I didn't come out victorious...(for real, I was the first guy eliminated withing 30 min.ouch!!) I never said that I was great at poker, but I did bring my poker face..haha!!! I did get to meet legendary actor Alan Thicke (father of Robin Thicke) who hosted the event. That was kind of cool. I will have a video of some of the highlights up later on this week so check back soon.

Congrats to my VIP winner David and his wifey!!! They enjoyed watching me get my butt handed to me!! lol!!
