So I've been in the gym faithfully for about a good month and a half! Yesterday I must say had to have been the hardest workout in a long time....ok maybe in the whole period. So as a result, my lower back has been giving me pains all night last night and this morning. It especially makes it harder to sleep at night.
So today I just pretty much took it light and did some cardio and some crunches.
I'm kind of excited, my body weight has dropped from 183 to 168 in the last month!!
