So it was my 20th birthday and Ray had taken my friends and family out to dinner. Ray had so many surprises for my birthday i couldnt keep track. Well he had told me we would be going to Disneyland the following Saturday since my birthday had landed on a Thursday. So we're at dinner and Ray grabs my hand under the table. He start wispering stuff in my ear, saying he loves me and that i'm the one for him and that we should spend the rest of our lives together. Then he finally says it "Will you marry me?" and he shows me the ring. With no hesitation i said yes!so he slipped the ring on my finger. That was the greatest emotion i cant even explain..i wanted to shout it to the world!
ok well turns out that wasn;t the original plann for the proposal. I guess Ray had planned on doing it at Disneyland when the fireworks went off, but he had gone to pick the ring up from the jewlers before dinner and it was just itching in his pocket. He couldnt resist. I'm glad it happend the way it did. It was perfect
Ok so it was our first valentine's day together. We hadn't made any big plans, just dinner. At the time i worked at a preschool. Well that day i was at work as usual and the main teacher was coming back from her lunch. She says "Go look at your car." So the first thing that comes to mind is that something bad happend. So i peek out and see that my car is stuffed with balloons. I run out and open the car door. The inside of the car was covered with rose pedals and on the seat was a stuffed animal, a gift bag, and a card. So the card said "to the queen of my heart, you hold the key to my heart' and inside of coarse was a key. The gift back had candy in it. My favorite candy is Sour Patch Kids but i only like the red ones. Well the bag was full of only red ones! he took the time to pick them out! So that was the first part.
Then that night we went to dinner and he gave me a necklace with a diamond pendant. (you might be able to see it in one of the pics).
That day was so perfect he put so much thought into it. It was only further confiramtion that we were meant to be :)
