We have fun on our dates no matter what we are doing. I have to say though, one of the most perfect dates was when he had a friend fly us to Catalina Island for my birthday. I was completely surprised, even when we were pulling up to the airport I had no idea. He is always surprising me like that.
Your PERFECT Engagement
He had planned a trip for us to see a play I had been wishing to see, Wicked. We stayed in Hollywood for a couple days as well. The night we were going to see the play we were both dressed up and about to head out of the room to meet the taxi. Then he had me sit down on the bed while he got down on one knee and proposed. Of course I was on cloud nine all night, along with seeing the greatest play ever! Here are some pictures from the trip...

I was thinking about how Robert and I are going to remember this experience years from now. Trying to win a wedding through a radio station, KIIS FM, is one of those stories we get to tell our kids and maybe even our grandkids.
Then that made me think about us telling stories together when we are 70 years old. We are pretty good story tellers now, but think how good we will be in about 40-50 years. We should be pros!
If we win I will want to tell this story over and over again!
