    Today's Topic: Being Sad

    So yesterday I was really concerned for one of my reallllly good friends.  She was really sad because she didn't get this promotion at work.  Not only that, but a bunch of other things went wrong yesterday for her too so it was just a super bad day.  I told her that things would be better and she can't dwell on the negative. 

    I was so happy to talk to her this morning and see that she was in a much better mood.  I asked her if she was feeling better and she said yes.  I asked her why she was so much happier and she said because she allowed herself to be mad and sad yesterday but told herself that when she wakes up today she was going to be happy and forget about all the bad.

    I was so impressed with her attitude! Sometimes things don't go our way, or bad things happen... it's okay to be sad and cry, we're human.  But it's also good to know when to let go of the sadness and become happy again.  So if you need to be sad... BE SAD, cry and let it all out.  I know that it totally makes me feel better, but remember that tomorrow is a new day and when one door closes, another will soon open.

    Yes it is true sometimes we just need to let out all our cries out to makes us feel better after in order to release all the negative things we feel inside and bring out the positivity. This will help us be :-) once again. Things will soon come our way and it will give us more than we expected.

    Thank you for sharing that!! I am going to adopt that way of thinking. I just moved here and everything has been so blah since being here. I totally need an attitude adjustment! Thanks again!
