Ricky Martin is a father to twin boys born via a surrogate, his rep confirmed. Congrats!!!

It's another girl for Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana. "Matt and Lucy Damon had a baby girl named Gia Zavala yesterday, Aug. 20th. Everyone's doing great," Damon's rep, Jennifer Allen, tells PEOPLE. "She is a healthy baby girl."

Jennifer Garner finally confirmed Wednesday what her baby bump has made clear for weeks - that she and husband Ben Affleck are expecting their second child.

 Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are contemplating their future together...with kids!

"We go back and forth," de Rossi, 35, about the prospect of having children. "I don't know if it's our immediate future. It's something we talk about every few months."

Carrie Underwood recently said that Tony Romo still calls her, but she doesn't answer. Jessica Simpson said on a radio station in Nashville that she knows for a fact Tony hasn't called Carrie. What's her proof? She checked his call log! Ummm... okay I probably would not want to admit that!

Jessica said, "Tony and I both laughed at that. We got a chuckle out of it." When asked about if it was true, Jessica said, "I know it's not true -- I looked at his call log. I'm kidding!" She's not kidding.
