The Spider Man star was the victim of a break in at her hotel room in NY back in August 2007. Now the perp Jarrod Beinerman has been slammed with 4.5 years in jail for the crime! Some of the stolen items were an iPod, money, purses and cameras! Don't get between Dunst and her iPod or you'll pay!

Lily Allen Blogs About Her Feelings 

The indie English singer recently went to the web to express her feelings about the recent event that took place at the GQ awards between her and Sir Elton John. Allen said in her blog, "I'm not defending my drunkeness because i don't need to, i'm 23 it was an awards ceremony i drank the free champagne, how awful of me." She went on to say, "Trying to create a feud on the other hand, and trying to make me out as being some rude little girl with a drink problem is just unfair, Elton and I exchanged jokes and there were no hard feelings at all, infact neither of us gave it a second thought." Well good for her that Elton isn't PO'd by her actions that night. It still doesn't change the fact that it looked sloppy! Even if drinks are free you don't have to take a ton, oh well Lily will hopefully learn her ways soon.
