Today's Topic: "What we're annoying???"

Most men love women.... Yet they can't live with us or without us... And upon serious analysis, aka browsing through the internet... I've discovered the top 10 things women do that drive men to the brink of insanity. 

10. Pretend to be virtuous
A recurring theme among many women is that we try to place ourselves under a "holier than thou" light, never admitting that we fooled around or dividing our number of boyfriends by five. Women are allowed to have just as much fun as guys, and we should find a man who can appreciate that.

9. Criticize other women
No need to bash other woman that look good.  C'mon you're better than that!

8. Act jealous
If he's given you reason to doubt him, then your paranoia is likely justified. Otherwise, he shouldn't have to pay the price because you feel insecure.

7. Become needy
I think you gotta pick your battles on this one... there's a time and place to hold hands or have your back rubbed.  Don't abuse it.

6. Speak in code
Always speak what's on your mind.  No need to beat around the bush.... When he asks you if anything is wrong and you say "nothing".  What is he supposed to think? 

5. Invade their personal space
Give them their guy time!

4. Become too emotional
Guys don't know the first thing about comforting a woman. The fact that women are usually more delicate and vulnerable is great for them; they just don't want the steady stream of tears for every minor setback.

3. Shop till they drop
Shopping is one thing.....But what's worse is if you take them along for the ride. Ladies we gotta keep the shopping to our free time.

2. Talk incessantly
Chris Rock nailed it when he said that asking how her day went renders a 45-minute conversation. Most women love to talk, and if you give them us the ammo, we probably won't stop. It's not that guys don't care about what we have to say; it's just that they don't need to hear every minute detail.

1. Use sex as a weapon
In the war of the sexes, it's all about who wears the pants in the relationship. Oftentimes most women, in an effort to show their superiority, will attack men's universal weak spot: sex.

Today's Topic: "Are guys just more insensitive?"

Okay so ladies, we've all been there.... We either get dumped or for whatever reason we break up with our boyfriend and then he moves on like the very next day.   Okay, well maybe not the next day but you know what I mean.   

Ummm hello, what was I ...chop liver?  It just seems like they are so much more unemotional about break ups then girls are.  And you know what, I'm not even mad at it... I wish I could move on or think like a guy does sometimes; it would probably save me a lot of unnecessary heartache.  I'm seriously curious though... are guys just built to handle emotion better than woman??

Blaaahhhh, a confused Thursday for Sisanie...  LOL.

Today's Topic:   It can only make you stronger

So this morning I'm listening to Ryan interview Taylor Swift... she is amazing! Not only does she have the #1 album in the country right now but she is only 18 and is so very humble.  Did you know that Taylor was teased in middle school?  Like most teenagers, we all go through our awkward stages where we feel either left out or like we don't fit in... Well before going to high school in Tennessee, she went to school in Pennsylvania where she was teased as the outsider who was considered weird because she liked to play the guitar and sing while other kids were going to all the popular parties.

Yeoowwww, look who's laughing now! Only she's not... she's just soooo sweet and is so excited and considers herself lucky!  I think I appreciate Taylor a little extra because before she made it big she came and performed for me and a few of my bosses at this other radio station I was working for.  She was only 15 and soooo hungry to conquer this industry. 

So I guess the moral of the story today is sometimes things happen in life that may drag you down.  A break up, mean people or just haters in general... just never let them get the best of you and always remember that you can be whoever you want to be. Kanye said it best!  "Now tha-tha-tha that don't kill me ... can only make me stronger!"

Today's Topic:  Let's hope it's over!

So hopefully none of these recent wildfires have affected you or your family.  But over the weekend with the Sylmar Fire and especially the Yorba Linda one... it really got me thinking of what I would grab if I had 15 minutes to pack up my life. 

Saturday I was at my parent's house and my brother showed up with his wife and kids... they got evacuated from their home in Yorba Linda.  Yiiiiikes... now it really hit home for me.  My 4-year-old nephew came to give me a hug and he reeeeeked like smoke!  So what did they pack up?  My sister-in-law said, "Some documents, photo albums, their wedding video and a suitcase of clothes... that's it!"

Today's Topic: My Weekend Wrap Up

Another fun SD weekend!  I went down there and checked out The Jonas Brothers Concer****hink my ears are still ringing from how loud it was in the arena.   

Sunday I watched the Chargers game at Dave n Busters with my friends... Ugggggh I can't believe our boys lost in Pittsburg.  Ahhhhh, oh well.  Hope you had a good one :)
