They were seen together the other night celebrating the fact that Pete had just gotten out of jail, and charges against Amy had been dropped. All I know is that rehab girl + bad boy = does not equal a good thing. And what the heck is on Pete's face???

California Supreme Court overturned the ban on gay marriage yesterday, and today Ellen will make a public announcement on her talk show that she and long time girlfriend Portia de Rossi plan to get married!!! We couldn't be happier for the couple, and we hope that Ellen will be dancing all the way down the aisle!!!

ET reports that Britney Spears and Mel Gibson are currently on their way to Costa Rica together. They both left on a private plane this morning from Los Angeles. Sources claim that Mel is taking Brit and Daddy Spears for a weekend vacation. Britney's boys will not be joining her, because she needs approval to take them out of the country.

The Workout
Berry, 41, works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Brazaga (whose other clients, according to her Web site, include Jessica Biel and Anne Hathaway). Their sessions include three cardio segments - on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb - then also does a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.
The Diet
In terms of diet, Berry is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water.

Remember Fraggle Rock?!?!?!
The Fraggle Rock movie musical is coming! Variety is reporting that The Weinstein Co. has hired Cory Edwards to direct and write the live-action musical feature. The Jim Henson Co. will produce the movie. Ahmet Zappa will be one of the film's executive producers. The producers will also ask popular bands to write songs for the movie.
The movie will take the core characters Gogo, Wembley, Mokey, Boober and Red outside of their home in Fraggle Rock, where they interact with humans, which they think are aliens. The show premiered on HBO in 1983, ran five seasons and was broadcast in more than 80 countries.
YESSSS!!! This used to be my favorite show when I was a kid, I even had Fraggle Rock bed sheets. I can't wait to take my nephews to see this when it comes out!

The Disney star did not address the controversy directly during her 30-minute set - and she successfully avoided reporters by skipping the red carpet.
