Pete Doherty has been sentenced to 14 weeks in the chokey beginning immediately. That means he's in jail right now! WHAT?

Judge Davinder Lachar handed down the sentence, because Doherty didn't show up to his probation hearings and continued to use drugs.

Mischa Barton will escape doing time by accepting a plea in her DUI case. People reports that she will plead no contest at her DUI arraignment this Thursday. In exchange, the weed possession charge has been dropped and the driving without a license charge has been reduced to an infraction.

Mischa will pay a fine of $1,700, complete a three-month alcohol-education class and serve 3 years of unsupervised probation.

Jessica Alba is the center of attention Sunday during her star-studded baby shower at Ever After Teahouse in Studio City, Calif. The expectant actress was joined at the lunchtime event by friend Kim Kardashian (not pictured) and Rashida Jones - and, later, by fiancé Cash Warren.

A large outdoor tent is being set up and Beyonce is said to have an enormus amount of flowers in her dressing area. Jay-Z of course is also rumored to have a fridge full of his favorite bubbly champagne. The wedding is rumored to be a small set up for an evening with close friends and family.
