Shia LaDeouf is embarrassed by the 'slapping fight' video that made the internet rounds yesterday. Shia's rep told E! News, "The videotape that is currently being circulated is several years old and captures Shia playing a game among friends in which he uses a derogatory word toward a friend. He regrets having used the word in any capacity and is very embarrassed that this footage is being seen by anyone."

Britney Spears and Mel Gibson had a smokin' date Tuesday night - at Havana Club Beverly Hills cigar club. For more than two-and-a-half hours, the singer, 26, and the actor-filmmaker, 52, met in what was confirmed to PEOPLE as a more of an ongoing guidance session than a business pow-wow.
Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their second child, a daughter, on Monday, PEOPLE has confirmed.
Stella Doreen McDermott was born at 3:13 p.m. in a Los Angeles hospital via C-section. She weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long, a rep for Spelling says.
The couple also have a 1-year-old son, Liam Aaron. McDermott, 41, has a son, Jack, 9, from a previous marriage.

The fake drama has finally turned real! After LC came home last week to find a weekly mag doing a photo shoot with Audrina in the house they share, the claws were out!
TMZ spies say Lauren threw the hissy (stomping, the works) because she'd already promised exclusive pics of the backyard to another mag. Never mind that Audrina pays rent to her and had gotten the OK from LC's rep who, apparently, forget to clue their client in.
A spy on the set called it "uncomfortable" -- ya think? -- and Audrina hurried through the shoot to get the heck out of Dodge.

So we've all been wondering when Janet is going to release her next single off of her latest album. The single "Feedback" got really good .... feedback from listeners. When asked about the next single release Janet replied: "That's pretty difficult to say, only because of the record label at this point. We started off with "Feedback" and the label and myself haven't quite seen eye to eye since the "Feedback" single so they've kind of basically stopped all promotion. I'm trying to figure out a way to say this, but just to say it and to be quite honest, they just stopped all promotion whatsoever on the album so I don't think you're going to hear another single off this album." Thats such bad news! But we're glad that Janet doesn't let people push her into decisions when it comes to her music. Stay strong girl!

Nick Hogan was moved out of solitary confinement this last week at the jail where he is currently surving time for that horrible car crash he was in.
