In this months issue of Marie Claire, Lindsay expresses how she wants to one day adopt children! Lohan told the magazine, "At some point, I want to adopt a kid as well. A child in need or a newborn from another country. I'm not sure yet." Is her girlfriend Samantha Ronson feeling the same way?? We don't know because when asked about her relationship Lohan said, "People can think what they want. I'm really happy and that's all that matters." Mindy McCready will voluntarily surrender to authorities Tuesday to serve 60 days in a Tennessee jail for a probation violation.
The country singer, 32, was arrested for violating her probation for prescription drug fraud in June.

Leonardo DiCaprio Makes a Surprise Visit to Ellen's Show
Leonardo DiCaprio made a surprise visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday, with his latest project in hand. And no, it wasn't his newest blockbuster film.
This time the politically savvy actor was promoting his new public service announcement to increase voter registration. DiCaprio worked with pals Tobey Maguire, Forest Whitaker and Will.I.Am to produce the PSA, which was filmed a week and a half ago at his home.
Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds made it official with a wedding this weekend, Reynolds's rep, Meredith O'Sullivan, confirmed to PEOPLE.
Attended by only a handful of close friends and family, the ceremony was held at a remote wilderness retreat outside of Vancouver, B.C.
This is the first marriage for both. The couple had announced their engagement in May.

Though she and partner Mark Ballas concluded the show with a playful rendition of one of their earlier dances, once the cameras were off Kardashian rushed to the waiting arms of her family and immediately broke down into tears.

The singer "got suddenly ill during the sound check" before her concert in Montreal and had to be rushed to the hospital, according to a statement released by W&W Public Relations.
Jackson, 42, is being monitored at the hospital, and hopes to reschedule the show.

DJ AM Attends Memorial Service for Crash Victim
DJ AM is among the mourners who attended a memorial service in Los Angeles Monday for Chris "Lil' Chris" Baker, who died in the Learjet crash that killed four and wounded two on Sept. 20 in Columbia, South Carolina.
DJ AM, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, arrived in a limousine to pay respects to Baker, 29. More than 300 people turned out to honor Baker, and many friends stood up to share their memories of him at the memorial service, which lasted two hours.

Heather Locklear was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday evening in Santa Barbara County, Calif.
"Around 4:30 p.m., a female witness saw Heather Locklear driving erratically while leaving a parking lot in Montecito," California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall tells PEOPLE. "The witness said Locklear was revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times."
Heath Ledger's family has decided to donate his entire estate to the late actor's daughter, Matilda Rose.
Two years before his little girl was born, the Dark Knight star - who died from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs in January - signed a will leaving his fortune to his parents and sisters.
But Ledger's father, Kim, says they have decided that all the money should all go to 2-year-old Matilda (the actor's daughter with ex-girlfriend Michelle Williams).
